Job Summary

The Director of Marketing position at Profile, LLC is pivotal in its impact on marketing, product development, and content creation efforts. This role requires leading the planning, forecasting, and analysis of marketing initiatives. This position will require you to coordinate projects, act as a liaison between key stakeholders, oversee marketing initiatives, and ensure company goals are reached as defined by leadership.

Location

This position offers remote flexibility.

Compensation and Benefits

  • A competitive salary of up to $85,000 or based on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s products and services.
  • Identify opportunities for promotional campaigns such as speaking engagements, trade shows, booster functions, etc.
  • With the assistance of our CTO, create and report on the results of marketing campaigns such as Google Ads, backlink generation, interviews, sponsorship placements, print media, social media, events, etc.
  • Oversee and execute our annual Final Four party and all future events.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our software product and consulting services.
  • Strategize with leadership to develop new ways to reach consumers and grow the Playbook SaaS business model.

Team Collaboration

  • Regularly update the team about marketing and operations efforts. Do this during our end-of-the-month meeting.
  • Work closely with the CTO on marketing and product management and the CEO on operational tasks.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Occasional travel and training responsibilities may arise.

Goals and Expectations

  • Craft comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's objectives and use data-driven insights to guide strategy adjustments as needed.
  • Increase brand awareness and engagement across all platforms. Employ innovative tactics to connect with new audiences and strengthen relationships with existing customers, aiming for measurable improvements in brand loyalty and market share.
  • Assist with operations, ensuring that processes are streamlined and resources are optimally allocated. Implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance productivity.
  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and operational processes against key performance indicators and industry benchmarks. Provide detailed reports to leadership and make informed recommendations for future action.
