At Profile, we’re always inspired by innovation and the pursuit of excellence. Today, we’re thrilled to spotlight a milestone in our journey: the "Forging Ahead" campaign launched in partnership with Purdue Athletics and the John Purdue Club. This initiative, with a fundraising target reminiscent of Purdue’s founding year at $18.69 million, promises not just a near-term launch but a long-term vision. Its aim? To revolutionize the recruiting, retention, and development of championship teams across Purdue's 18 sport programs, all driven by the power of data.

This significant investment ensures continuous capital for programming and staffing needs.

Mike Bobinski, VP and Director of Intercollegiate Athletics, eloquently summed up the essence of this initiative, stating, "The Forging Ahead campaign is about investing in systematic and impactful data analysis, programming, and staffing to achieve a championship culture by design."

Our bond with Purdue isn't just professional; it's personal. Our founder and CEO, Chad Brown, is not just a West Lafayette business leader but a Purdue Football alumnus and former colleague of the iconic coach Joe Tiller. Reflecting on the partnership, Brown shared, "It's been an honor to serve the Purdue teams, and the horizon looks brighter than ever as we expand this relationship."

For over a decade, we've proudly collaborated with Purdue Men’s Basketball, witnessing their soaring achievements – from Big Ten Conference victories to multiple No. 1 national rankings and nurturing NBA Draft selections. Matt Painter, the team's head coach, echoed this sentiment:

"Our collaboration with Profile made us realize the importance of adaptability and intentional recruitment. Every recruit now undergoes Profile's assessment, ensuring they’re the best fit for Purdue. This ensures we excel, making our alumni proud."

Following suit, Purdue Wrestling recently joined hands with Profile and has already celebrated numerous accolades, like All-America finishes and notable upsets.

As we embark on this innovative journey with Purdue Athletics, our mission remains unwavering: to harness the power of data analytics and behavioral science for athletic excellence.
