If you believe there is an error with your assessment credits, please submit a support ticket explaining the issue and we will be happy to investigate the issue and make it right. We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund with or without reason. Please see our "Refund Policy" to learn more.

Profile’s assessments are validated by an independent 3rd party to ensure industry leading accuracy. A research study of disparate impact was performed on each assessment to eliminate unintentional discrimination. Profile’s assessment suite is unable to determine gender, race, economic status, religious belief, disability, sexual preference, age, or other personally identifying information and therefore will score equally among all social groups.

To obtain a copy of validation and disparate impact research on our assessments, please send a request via our contact form and we will be happy to provide you with supporting documentation.

While logged in navigate to the Account page and press the Reset Password button. An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to you.

Participants

No, Profile's assessments work differently than Myers Briggs or other personality tests. Our assessments are used to describe the behavior of individuals in a team setting and are not used to label someone's personality. The main assessment Profile uses is DISC, which is a widely used and validated self-index assessment.

If you would like to learn more about the differences between our assessments and other vendors, please contact us and we will be happy to answer any questions your organization may have.

The only information we collect is your name, email, and phone number. Your email and phone are used only for verification purposes and are not shared with any 3rd parties. You will only receive emails and texts from us related to taking an assessment, and you will not be added to any mailing lists.

The individual or organization that sent you the link to take the assessment will be able to send you a copy of your report. Please reach out to your assessment administrator to obtain a copy.

The assessments we provide have no “right” answers, and there is no passing or failing our assessments. Every result is unique to the individual, and every potential outcome shows your unique traits and strengths.

Profile’s assessments describe a person in a way that allows those in leadership to best communicate with the applicant. We do not “prescribe” an ideal behavioral style for a team or position.
